Brandy Vasauskas has been in customer service for over 15 years. Early in her career she worked as a cashier in a quick service restaurant. Over the years she moved into restaurant customer management where she was responsible for guest satisfaction, staff scheduling, and inventory of goods. In 2014 Ms. Vasauskas was recruited to work for Phoenix Restoration where her responsibilities were primarily administrative. She has since grown into a role where she now maintains responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and estimator scheduling.

Craft Beer, fishing / general spending time outdoors, watching football and the CUBS, video games
3. Best advice received from boss, friend, or mentor?
“Think before you speak.” and “Observe / be conscious of your surroundings.”
4. Invention you wish you thought of?
Post-It Notes – but really, cameras (still or video – the ability to capture memories is pretty great)
5. If you could have a vacation home anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Northern Ontario, Canada (summer vacation home) – or – Keewaydin Island, Florida (winter vacation home) – or – a cabin in the Smokey Mountains, TN (but I’d rather just live there for real…)
