Jeff Sojka, Sales Executive

Mr. Sojka has spent most of his 25+ year professional career in the Information Technology field with emphasis on Business Project Management and Technology Engineering. During this time, Mr. Sojka utilized his skills in Corporate Leadership, Business Process, Client Relationship Management and Logistic Operations to lead many projects at large Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Sojka came to Phoenix Restoration Inc. in 2011 as a Business Management and Customer Care Specialist. Mr. Sojka leverages his client and customer relationship management skills to increase growth within the Business Development functions at the company.

Mr. Sojka graduated from Eureka College with degrees in Computer Science and Accounting. There he was a four-year letterman on the Football Team and two-year starter. He also lettered on the Tennis team and became involved in many leadership causes on and around the community in Eureka, Il.

1. What was your First Job?
Jeff’s first job was at age 14 where he worked 4 nights a week for a cleaning company that worked mainly at office complexes and car dealerships in the west suburbs.

2. What are some of your interests or hobbies?
Jeff is an avid golfer, loves baseball and football, and also enjoys playing in the Chicago Platform Tennis League in the fall, winter and spring. Jeff is also a huge Cub Fan so 2016 was a magical year.

3. Best advice received from boss, friend, or mentor?
Jeff worked two summers on the streets of Glen Ellyn paving and asphalting. His leader, Marc Henry, taught him to make sure you experience every job by performing the duties you expect any employee to do to understand the complete work.

4. Invention you wish you thought of?
Jeff wishes he invented baseball analytics or at least introduced them to the mainstream like Bill James did. A lot of baseball is gut and skill, but a lot of the game can be measured by number crunching.

5. If you could have a vacation home anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Jeff really just loves living a simple life right here in good ole’ Glen Ellyn.

6. Favorite meal or Restaurant?
Jeff enjoyed his Mom’s cooking all of his life. If someone could match her Pork, Dumplings, and Sauerkraut then he would be in heaven.
